Intuitive coaching with V encompasses a range of teachings and tools to support you on your journey to internal alignment and higher vibration.

This is a space for you to talk through personal wellness, creative plans, life purpose brainstorming, vision boarding or ideas that you might like to unpack with someone in private. Each session is an opportunity for us to explore anything that feels necessary to help you move through situations of stagnancy, confusion or change. We might address themes of spirituality, authenticity, vulnerability, inner child, divine connection, shadow work, grief, life transitions, mortality or end of life thoughts, a new business, or even the wild woman - for the sisters out here.

In essence, if our inner world changes, our outside world changes too. So, in connecting more with our internal gifts and power and who we are at a soul level, the more we can radiate our light outwards and draw greater opportunities of growth, acceptance, love and abundance towards us. Sessions are structured as below:

• Pre-email - outlining details, some short prep work and you’ll confirm which tools you would like to include in your session - sound therapy and oracle card deck pull (3 decks), or if you prefer to use our time purely to talk this is also an option.

• Your session - A3 mind-map from our talk to take home with you.

• Follow up - email and occasional support materials.

60 minutes £60 | 90 minutes £90 (sliding scale/low income sessions available and additional costs depending on location).
