After five years of in-depth study, these guidance sessions with V encompass a range of soul-led shamanic teachings and tools to support you on your journey to internal alignment and higher vibration.

Each session is an opportunity for us to explore anything that feels necessary to help you move through situations of stagnancy, confusion or change. We might address themes of soul connection, emotions, authenticity, vulnerability, inner child, divine connection, divine union, shadow work, grief, life transitions, mortality, end of life, a new business, or the elemental realms.

This is a space for us to talk through creating a plan for better personal wellness, creative outlets and vision boarding any ideas that you might like to unpack in a safe, loving environment.

In essence, if our inner world changes, our outside world changes too. So, in connecting more with our internal gifts, power and who we are at a soul level, the more we radiate our light outwards and draw greater opportunities of growth, acceptance, love and abundance towards us. Sessions are structured as below:

• Pre-email - outlining details, some short prep work and you’ll confirm which tools you would like to include in your session - sound therapy and oracle card deck pull (2 decks), or if you prefer to use our time purely to talk this is also an option.

• Your session - A3 mind-map from our talk to take home.

• Follow up - email and occasional support materials.
